Orange energizes me to create spontaneous designs that spark images of pure Southwest sunset's essence. I created this original utilizing feathers, a star concho and a very vibrant fabric that I have coordinated scarfs and wall hangings in my private abode in my desert home.

A circle of feathers fly into the mythical birds of my dreams into a sea of turquoise, fushia and pearl colors. Herein lies the treasures which include pictures of my favorite Native American dolls that I am collecting for my future great great grandchildren. Bert designs these custom Southwest memory photo albums as part of her artist's journey.

Inspired by the strength and courage of the maiden, Pocahontas, I designed this beautiful turquoise gem into wall hangings, panoramic photo albums and journals to write of long ago times when this Princess walked the paths of the green laced forests in the cool pines of the north.
